I’ve been given funding of over £1000 for a project that will have a website released very soon. I’ll be doing this jointly with another young person and some other volunteers. The general idea of the project is to buy some specialised wildlife monitoring equipment which can be borrowed by groups or individuals. Volunteers will be able to show how equipment works and what you can find on your doorstep. Some equipment includes: -Trail Cameras -Bat Detectors -Endoscope Cameras -Moth Traps We are just sorting out insurance for the equipment as it will cost over £2000 with possibility of more funding increasing this.

Amazing to win the 2019 National Biodiversity Network Young Person’s Award for wildlife recording. Got this certificate in a frame, a moth book signed by all authors and a £300 opticron voucher.
